Cancellation Policy

NEW APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE. Please read I know life gets crazy sometimes or things come up but please understand that this is how I provide for myself and my family. Your appointment is important to me, It is a specific day and time, reserved especially for you. Please put your appointment in your calendar. A confirmation request will be sent when your appointment is accepted,72 hours prior, and a reminder is sent 24 hours in advance of your appointment to give you plenty of advanced notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. You can always txt me for help 541.579.1590 By booking this appointment, you agree to the following policies. NO SHOWS: Life happens but I am only a txt away. Failure to communicate and show for your appointment will result in a no show fee of 90% of your scheduled services. This will not be applied to future service. CANCELLATIONS: I require a notice of at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service, cancellation within 3 hours or less of scheduled service will result in 50% of scheduled service, neither of which refundable and fee will not be applied to future appointments. LATE POLICY: Please, if you are running behind please txt me 541-579-1590. I have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you maybe subject to being rescheduled to a different day and charged a non-refundable late cancellation fee of 50% Of your scheduled service not to be applied to future service ADJUSTMENT POLICY: I'm very passionate about the hair I create, and I stand by my work. I do not refund any hair service; I only make adjustments (within reason). In the event you are unhappy with the outcome of your hair service, let me know asap. You have 7 days from the original appointment to make adjustments without being charged for another service. If there attempts to “fix” an issue at home or by going to another salon prior to talking to me first the correction will be charged as a color correction or new service *** Lastly, if you are suddenly not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment, I will gladly work with you to stay healthy, but I will not provide your service if you are ill. *** Thank you for your continued support.
